Meet the Staff

Wayne Loker has been a CPA and CFO for over 35 years in a variety of business situations including retail and wholesale activities, construction contracting, real estate development, and hotel and restaurant operations. He has extensive experience maintaining relationships with lenders and investors, business acquisitions and sales, business turnarounds, small business startups, and detailed operational supervision. Wayne graduated from Virginia Tech in 1972 and has been a CPA since 1974.

Veronica is a 2009 graduate of James Madison University with a BS in Accounting. She provides accounting support for her clients and prepares business and payroll related tax filings and income tax returns.

We are excited to introduce our new team member, Lori Quail. Lori, a student at JMU, works a couple days each week in our office performing web site marketing functions for our and our clients' web sites. Lori’s dad is a CPA with his own practice so she fits right in.
